Role & Responsibilities

• Support the lead project manager in the development and production of jewelry projects.
• Define and clarify project objectives, analyzing designs and specifications.
• Coordinate resources to achieve quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Manage project risks and issues effectively.
• Handle tenders and prepare cost estimates.
• Oversee pre-series and initial order placements.
• Manage dual-sourcing projects to optimize costs, quality, and timelines.
• Regularly update the development budget.
• Draft specifications and consolidate technical documentation.
• Input and verify product information in the PLM database.
• Standardize dashboards.
• Update the Launchmetrics tool for prototype management.
• Engage in component counter-typing with new industrial partners.
• Monitor production performance indicators to enhance delivery objectives.
• Collaborate with procurement for annual price reviews in PLM.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage prototypes and entrusted items.
• Coordinate courier requests.

Qualifications

• Master's level student in engineering, business, or equivalent university program.
• Demonstrates rigor, precision, and technical understanding.
• Agile and capable of teamwork.
• Proactive, diplomatic, and autonomous.
• Product sensitivity and interest in jewelry is advantageous.
• Embodies the values of the brand, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
