Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new products within the Home & Lifestyles department, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including Marketing, Design, Quality, Production, and Regulatory.
  • Create product nomenclatures using PLM systems.
  • Draft quality reports for prototypes.
  • Research and identify new suppliers.
  • Manage orders for services and tooling.
  • Coordinate the drafting of manuals with specialized partners.
  • Oversee and animate packaging processes, including the creation of covers, boxes, and crates with various suppliers.
  • Develop video content for packing and unpacking processes with suppliers.
  • Administer the packaging library and archive compliance certificates and supplier contracts.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a higher education program, preferably in engineering or business school.
  • Project management mindset with strong communication and relational skills.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on prioritization.

Skills

Product sensitivity and a keen interest in design. Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and responsiveness. Excellent listening and relational abilities, adaptability, and teamwork orientation. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus. Strong command of Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software is advantageous.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing higher education in engineering or business.
