Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and roll‑out of the internal communication plan for the Ateliers, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
- Manage and animate the Atelier’s events calendar, coordinating logistics, suppliers, merchandising and on‑site execution.
- Produce and adapt communication materials (briefs, intranet posts, newsletters, flyers, presentations, videos) tailored to targeted employee audiences.
- Administer and publish content on internal platforms (intranet/CMS) and maintain editorial schedules.
- Support the organisation and administrative follow‑up of training sessions: registrations, coordination with training providers, logistics and reporting within the internal HR system.
- Monitor and report on action budgets and participation metrics; contribute to ad hoc HR projects led by the team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master-level) programme in Communication, Event Management, Business/Commerce or Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong autonomy, organisational rigour and reliability.
- Curiosity, creativity and a refined visual sensibility with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and content creation/publication tools; familiarity with intranet CMS (SharePoint) is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Experience
Open to early‑career candidates and students (beginner level). Previous internships or practical exposure to communications, events or HR administration are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master-level) studies in Communication, Events, Commerce or Human Resources.
