Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and sales data to identify trends and root causes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Enhance workflow efficiency and develop sales and demand forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect customer feedback data with business outcomes.
  • Support management in developing data-driven business recommendations and business cases.
  • Translate operational and customer data into insight summaries for customer experience planning.
  • Analyze customer behavior and segmentation trends to improve retention and engagement.
  • Generate target customer cohorts and support engagement action plans with E-Commerce and CRM teams.
  • Monitor engagement outcomes and provide recommendations to optimize follow-up workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, customer experience insights, or related roles.
  • Experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer experience–driven organizations preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Business-level English proficiency preferred.

Skills

Strong ability to interpret data and synthesize insights into clear communication. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Capable of managing multiple priorities.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, customer experience insights, or related roles, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer experience–driven organizations.
