Information Systems & Technology Manager
Louis Vuitton seeks an Information Systems & Technology Manager in San Dimas, USA to lead manufacturing IT, projects and infrastructure for LVUSM.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end IS&T operations for LVUSM production sites, ensuring application availability, infrastructure resilience and alignment with global IS&T strategy.
- Act as primary IS&T liaison for local manufacturing teams and central/global IS&T peers; define scope, requirements and roadmaps for manufacturing IT initiatives.
- Manage major manufacturing IT projects (including IT room setup, cabling and ERP rollouts): create/maintain project plans, coordinate cross‑functional resources, and oversee UAT and integration testing.
- Own monitoring, production support and documentation for manufacturing applications and infrastructure; implement and enforce security policies arising from audits.
- Prepare and manage IS&T budgets and project expenditures; select, negotiate and oversee external vendors and service contracts.
- Supervise the LVUSM IS&T support team: set objectives, provide coaching, track performance and ensure effective cross‑site collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years of progressive experience in IS&T with significant exposure to manufacturing environments and industrial IT projects.
- Proven track record leading large IT projects for industrial sites, including ERP (manufacturing) implementations, IT room deployments and cabling projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships and external service contracts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience interacting at executive levels and across international teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical requirements for business audiences.
- Availability to travel between sites as required.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible IS&T experience with substantial exposure to manufacturing systems, ERP deployments and cross‑regional project leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline; advanced degree or technical certification preferred.
