Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare the development of new products, including defining the timeline, identifying material and machinery needs, and monitoring industrial elements such as molds and templates.
  • Analyze logistical and production challenges.
  • Participate in the management of a new production line installation, focusing on layout and workflow.
  • Monitor prototype series for validation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes for new product development.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects based on site activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (Bac+4/5).
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment is appreciated.

Skills

Strong interest in industrial development and fieldwork. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.

Experience

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial exposure to industrial environments through internships or summer jobs.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
