Role & Responsibilities

  • Define manufacturing processes for new products, including critical path planning for tasks and subtasks.
  • Support the implementation of a new industrialization process.
  • Analyze the feasibility of a dedicated prototyping and development area for new projects.
  • Assist first-piece coordinators and project managers.
  • Utilize CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) for project planning and risk analysis.
  • Develop processes for cross-functional validation and operation modes.
  • Participate in the management and coordination of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI. Curiosity and agility in problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
