Role & Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for production processes.
• Lead the industrialization of new projects and coordinate product/process evolutions.
• Ensure manufacturing reliability by coordinating setup, creating production ranges, plans, and tools, and compiling industrialization dossiers.
• Contribute to standardization and innovation by enhancing team standards and leading continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in production routines and support artisans in new processes.
• Manage product and process modification requests and participate in investment decisions.
• Create and update manufacturing ranges and define processes in collaboration with experts.
• Develop technical dossiers and design tooling using CREO, overseeing procurement and validation in the workshop.
• Engage with artisans to integrate traditional techniques into modern manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industrial role, preferably in the watchmaking or dial sector.
• Expertise in dial industrialization: manufacturing, finishing, and assembly.
• Knowledge of artisanal crafts and techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (CREO) and PLM systems (preferably Windchill).
• Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement and initiative.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate various stakeholders.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a similar industrial environment, particularly in watchmaking or dial production.
