Role & Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on civil and commercial law matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial, supply, and service contracts.
- Offer legal counsel on corporate law in collaboration with central corporate law teams.
- Monitor the application of MOG231, liaise with OdV and internal stakeholders for audits, corrective action plans, updates, trainings, and related actions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on topics related to the activities of affiliated companies.
- Maintain legal files and records efficiently.
- Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs and assist in disseminating compliance-related information across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in private law or commercial law. LLM and bar admission are advantageous.
- Successful experience of at least 3 to 4 years in an international industrial company or international business law firm.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
