Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support on civil and commercial law matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial, supply, and service contracts.
  • Offer legal counsel on corporate law in collaboration with central corporate law teams.
  • Monitor the application of MOG231, liaise with OdV and internal stakeholders for audits, corrective action plans, updates, trainings, and related actions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on topics related to the activities of affiliated companies.
  • Maintain legal files and records efficiently.
  • Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs and assist in disseminating compliance-related information across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in private law or commercial law. LLM and bar admission are advantageous.
  • Successful experience of at least 3 to 4 years in an international industrial company or international business law firm.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and responsiveness. Initiative and team spirit. Attention to detail and precision in work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English and Italian; French is highly desirable.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Education

Master's degree in private law or commercial law.
