Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to monthly financial closings, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and other ad hoc analyses.
  • Establish, analyze, and control product costing across sourcing, development, manufacturing, and billing processes.
  • Monitor raw material purchases and ensure accurate stock valuation.
  • Track the industrial performance of the internal workshop.
  • Provide financial support for various industrial projects.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects such as RJC certifications, SAP, and PLM developments.
  • Coordinate inventory processes, including preparation, execution, and presentation to auditors.
  • Oversee destruction processes.
  • Ensure adherence to management procedures across all operational flows.
  • Provide operational support to the Jewelry teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling.

Skills

Strong knowledge in financial controlling and accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Expertise in SAP. Fluency in English. Client-oriented with adaptability and emotional intelligence. Rigorous, organized, proactive with excellent communication skills. Team player with versatility. Knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in financial controlling is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5 in Business, Engineering, or related field.
