Industrial Controller
Louis Vuitton — Industrial Controller in Venice (Fiesso D'Artico): oversee budgets, forecasts and month‑end reporting for footwear production.

Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse production performance metrics (variance vs. standard, consumption, efficiency) and translate findings into actionable insights for operations.
- Prepare, document and present key operational KPIs to support business management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own the monthly close process for the production unit, deliver month‑end reporting and share results with operational stakeholders.
- Develop budgets and rolling forecasts, enter financial plans into the corporate ERP and maintain forecast governance.
- Run scenario simulations and sensitivity analyses to support decision‑making by plant and corporate management.
- Drive process improvement efforts across the production entity and affiliated companies by defining and implementing policies and procedures where required.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies across the production site and participating entities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial/Management Engineering.
- Minimum five years' experience in structured manufacturing environments, preferably within footwear or luxury goods production.
- Advanced proficiency with integrated ERP systems (preferably SAP) and strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with a pragmatic approach to production finance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and work within a matrix structure.
- Proactive, flexible mindset with the capacity to work autonomously and respect deadlines.
- Good command of English and/or French. Availability to travel when required.
- Prior experience supporting a new production start‑up or consulting on finance processes in an industrial setting is desirable.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in management control or finance roles within structured manufacturing organisations, ideally with exposure to footwear or luxury goods production. Experience in new production start‑ups or finance process consultancy is a significant advantage.
Education
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
