Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor production performance, including variances against standards, consumption, and efficiency.
  • Develop and document key performance indicators to support business management.
  • Conduct monthly closing activities and share results with operational colleagues.
  • Simulate scenarios to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, and input them into the company's ERP system.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, defining and introducing new policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to internal company policies and those of affiliated companies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structured production environments.

Strong relational and communication skills across all organizational levels. Positive, proactive, and flexible approach. Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities. In-depth understanding of production issues and flows, with the ability to identify essential aspects. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Team-oriented, contributing to goal definition and maintenance. Adaptability to a matrix, results-oriented, and continuously evolving environment. Proficiency in integrated management information systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Good command of English and/or French. Previous experience in launching a new production entity or consulting on finance processes in an industrial setting is preferred. Willingness to travel as required.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in structured production environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering.
