Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the workshop's performance, including time and material efficiency.
  • Oversee budgetary tracking of operational expenses and capital expenditures, implementing cost-reduction strategies and monitoring return on investment.
  • Verify and validate product costings in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Prepare monthly financial closures, including invoicing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and enhance production tracking reports.
  • Propose and drive initiatives for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or university with a focus on finance or management.
  • Previous experience in a related field, such as an internship or student job.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel is essential. Familiarity with financial control techniques and IT tools like Power BI/Query, SAP, and databases. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proactive in verifying hypotheses and measuring progress on-site.

Experience

Entry-level, suitable for those with internship or student job experience.

Education
