Louis Vuitton — Paris: Apprenticeship Indirect Purchasing Assistant, Marketing & Communication. 12‑month alternance starting Oct 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support supplier selection by analysing proposals and aligning offers with purchasing directives from the Head of Purchasing and buyers.
  • Analyse budgets and financial data to inform procurement decisions and monitor spend.
  • Participate in service negotiations with guidance and support from the Purchasing Manager.
  • Coordinate and organise internal events such as supplier presentations and business reviews.
  • Prepare strategic recommendations and executive slide decks (PPT) for stakeholders.
  • Draft and format procurement newsletters targeted at Louis Vuitton collaborators.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects across the Indirect Purchasing Marketing & Communication category as required.

Qualifications

  • Current student in a business school or university programme, specialising in Purchasing, Procurement or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest in communications, luxury and fashion; knowledge of communication functions is a plus.
  • Ideally one prior internship or first experience in indirect purchasing.
  • Strong organisational skills; autonomous, rigorous and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to orthography.
  • Very good command of English.

Experience

Entry-level/apprenticeship: currently studying in a relevant degree programme; prior internship or initial exposure to indirect procurement is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
