Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong is seeking an Indirect Procurement Intern. Full-time internship opportunity for students or recent graduates passionate about procurement and supply chain management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain reports on key metrics such as spend analysis, savings, and vendor performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements through data insights.
  • Prepare presentations to effectively communicate project updates and findings.
  • Assist in the sourcing process, including market research, supplier identification, and RFI/RFP development.
  • Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation.
  • Engage directly with Tier 1 suppliers to explain the OSS/Ivalua project and guide them through onboarding.
  • Ensure data accuracy for supplier information before handing it over to the Procurement team.
  • Provide support for catalogue uploads and assist with tracking and reporting progress for the project.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in a business-related or Supply Chain major.
  • Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A genuine interest in the Retail Luxury industry. Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Experience

Beginner level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in a business-related or Supply Chain major.
