Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and flawless execution of window installations in collaboration with the Country Office and local suppliers.
  • Manage product rotations for each campaign, aligning global guidelines with local commercial priorities.
  • Plan and execute store zoning and product rotations to optimize client flow and category visibility.
  • Manage product handling from back-of-house preparation to final installation, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and visual harmony.
  • Leverage visual merchandising as a strategic driver of sales performance and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and team to align visual merchandising strategy with sales trends and collections.
  • Support in-store events and activations by implementing tailored visual merchandising concepts.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and share best practices to elevate store standards.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure all visual elements meet luxury retail standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high sensitivity towards fashion and trends. High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines. Adaptability and flexibility to accept new ideas and procedures.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment is required.
