Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop talent development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Provide support for the preparation, on-site co-facilitation, and follow-up activities of talent development programs.
• Oversee and manage community operations, ensuring active engagement and a positive experience for members.
• Operate and maintain the online learning platform, ensuring smooth user experiences and effective learning outcomes.
• Participate in the design of interactive and innovative learning experiences to enhance employee engagement and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 work days per week commitment.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
• Strong people sensitivity and curiosity with agility and resilience.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player and quick learner.
