Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR team on a wide range of generalist topics under the supervision of the HR Manager.
- Assist in recruitment processes including CV screening, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews.
- Update and maintain the candidate database and track applications.
- Aid in personnel administration, including managing employee files and preparing administrative documents.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in monitoring employee training programs.
- Contribute to internal HR communications and manage communication tools.
- Participate in organizing internal events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
