Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to initiatives promoting retail careers to students and recent graduates.
- Facilitate and engage with the intern and apprentice community at the EMEA headquarters and regional offices.
- Support the HORIZONS Retail program by assisting in promotion, sourcing, and community engagement.
- Aid in the development of expertise and internal opportunities within the EMEA region.
- Manage and promote the Louis Campus learning platform.
- Provide support for various HR projects within the EMEA team.
- Collaborate with the EMEA HR team for training program organization and coordination.
- Adapt to evolving tasks in a dynamic work environment.
