Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HSE Manager to animate the daily safety policy, including operational performance meetings and safety feedback management.
  • Participate in managing the occupational health and safety system in compliance with ISO 45001.
  • Ensure the monitoring and management of the documentary system.
  • Conduct on-site audits of production lines and logistics sectors.
  • Track and analyze action plans related to health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Update risk assessments (DUER).
  • Perform accident analyses using methods such as Root Cause Analysis and 5 Whys.
  • Facilitate continuous safety improvement initiatives, including 5S and logistics safety.
  • Conduct training modules on safety induction and risk hunting.
  • Manage and monitor chemical risks (SDS, Seirich, etc.).
  • Ensure effective health and safety communication.
  • Update and monitor Safety KPIs.
  • Engage in environmental initiatives, including KPI tracking, event organization, and waste management audits.
  • Train employees on environmental practices.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment.

Skills

Strong analytical mindset with excellent teamwork abilities. High degree of autonomy, listening skills, and recognized rigor. Appreciation for hands-on, field-based experiences.
