Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HSE Manager to animate the daily safety policy, including operational performance meetings and safety feedback management.
- Participate in managing the occupational health and safety system in compliance with ISO 45001.
- Ensure the monitoring and management of the documentary system.
- Conduct on-site audits of production lines and logistics sectors.
- Track and analyze action plans related to health, safety, and environmental management.
- Update risk assessments (DUER).
- Perform accident analyses using methods such as Root Cause Analysis and 5 Whys.
- Facilitate continuous safety improvement initiatives, including 5S and logistics safety.
- Conduct training modules on safety induction and risk hunting.
- Manage and monitor chemical risks (SDS, Seirich, etc.).
- Ensure effective health and safety communication.
- Update and monitor Safety KPIs.
- Engage in environmental initiatives, including KPI tracking, event organization, and waste management audits.
- Train employees on environmental practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment.
