Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail HRBP Manager in developing and executing regional HR strategies and programs.
  • Partner with store managers to provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for retail employees.
  • Facilitate training and development programs in collaboration with the Learning and Development team.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Experience
