Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner for managers, guiding and supporting personnel-related decisions.
  • Implement training and development activities to enhance employee competencies.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing guidance and feedback.
  • Identify staffing needs and engage in recruitment processes using tailored talent attraction strategies.
  • Define the selection process, involving managers in choosing the best candidates.
  • Organize onboarding activities and structure evaluation and development plans for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements, addressing any breaches with disciplinary actions.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, interpreting requests and proposing solutions to enhance services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or Humanities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment. Experience in leather goods and accessories is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French is preferred.
