Role & Responsibilities
- Support the consolidation of regional retail HRBP work by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for business decision-making.
- Assist in the promotion and implementation of HR projects, including cultural events, employee engagement, talent recruitment, and development initiatives.
- Complete temporary tasks assigned by HRBP to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum commitment of 3 work days per week, preferably 4-5 days.
- Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
- Strong sensitivity to people, curiosity, agility, and resilience.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player and quick learner.
- Experience in video editing and social media operation is preferred.
