Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the consolidation of regional retail HRBP work by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for business decision-making.
  • Assist in the promotion and implementation of HR projects, including cultural events, employee engagement, talent recruitment, and development initiatives.
  • Complete temporary tasks assigned by HRBP to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum commitment of 3 work days per week, preferably 4-5 days.
  • Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
  • Strong sensitivity to people, curiosity, agility, and resilience.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player and quick learner.
  • Experience in video editing and social media operation is preferred.

Experience

Beginner level experience, preferably with previous internship experience in HR.
