Louis Vuitton — HR Intern (6‑month internship) in Milan. Hybrid, full‑time role supporting Talent Acquisition, training and HR administration.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners across the Italian retail network on day‑to‑day HR matters and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition activities for Client Advisors and head office interns, managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes and candidate follow‑up.
  • Act as primary contact for internal communications related to HR topics and propose new communication initiatives.
  • Coordinate training activities: liaise with suppliers, manage delegate registrations, handle logistics and contribute to in‑house program development.
  • Execute HR administration tasks including drafting employment documents (contracts, letters of mission) and ensuring HR systems remain accurate and up to date.
  • Provide support on transversal HR projects (e.g. internal events, employer branding initiatives, Salary Review) from coordination through delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; Master's in HR considered a plus.
  • Previous internship experience in HR is appreciated.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
  • Passion for HR with a pronounced interest in luxury retail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Diplomatic interpersonal style, active listening, resilience and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Experience

Entry‑level (Intern). Previous HR internship experience preferred; suitable for candidates beginning their HR career.

Education

Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; Master's in Human Resources considered an advantage.
