Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including managing employee files, data entry, and preparing HR documents such as offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire welcome kits and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Assist with employee communication initiatives, such as drafting newsletters and maintaining HR intranet portals.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, including team-building events and recognition programs.
  • Support HR team members in various HR projects, including policy reviews and process improvements.
  • Assist with HR compliance tasks, ensuring timely completion of HR audits and adherence to employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, with a passion for the luxury fashion industry.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment. Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. Attention to detail.

Experience

Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related fields.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
