Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including managing employee files, data entry, and preparing HR documents such as offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire welcome kits and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Assist with employee communication initiatives, including drafting newsletters and maintaining HR intranet portals.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, such as coordinating team-building events and recognition programs.
  • Support HR projects, including policy reviews and process improvements.
  • Assist with HR compliance tasks, ensuring timely completion of HR audits and adherence to employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR with a passion for the luxury fashion industry.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Skills in video editing, photo-shooting, and poster design are advantageous.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for individuals at the start of their HR career.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
