Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
  • Administer 360-degree people solutions including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll, and learning.
  • Manage HRIS databases effectively.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Participate in various HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Strong command of English; additional language skills in Dutch, French, Polish, or Nordic languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
