Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and data cleaning on the HR portal 'MYHORIZON' (SAP).
  • Generate various reports including those related to legal compliance, hiring and terminations, internal mobility, and smart working tracking.
  • Manage organizational charts independently.
  • Handle onboarding processes including document management for new hires, payroll file tracking, and SAP profile creation.
  • Maintain both digital and physical archives.
  • Support the administration of corporate benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, and insurance portals.
  • Manage HR administrative topics such as maternity, injuries, and monthly payroll variables.
  • Coordinate with C&B suppliers, managing purchase orders, documents, and communications.
  • Assist in drafting and sending internal communications.
  • Prepare internal presentations.
  • Manage corporate agreements and other miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility for a curricular internship through current academic studies.
  • Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's specialization in HR is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Passion for HR and interest in the retail sector. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and curiosity. Good command of the English language. Proactivity and teamwork orientation.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; Master's in HR is a plus.
