Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage various reports including overtime, internal mobility, compensation packages, FTE + HC, turnover, and commissions.
- Handle HR administrative matters such as maternity, injuries, pension fund enrollments, monthly payroll variables, and salary certificates.
- Perform data entry and data cleaning on the HR portal 'MYHORIZON' (SAP).
- Assist with recruitment processes including drafting commitments, contracts, managing and verifying incoming employee documents, and payroll file updates.
- Provide support for attendance management, assisting store admins and head office employees, and conducting monthly reconciliations.
- Assist in managing benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, internal insurance, company cars, and seniority gifts.
- Draft and send internal communications.
- Create internal presentations.
- Support the salary review process, including drafting raise letters, sharing data with payroll, and payslip verification.
Qualifications
- Previous HR experience in dynamic environments.
- Degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Passion for HR and interest in the retail sector.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and curious.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proactive and team-oriented.
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience in HR, ideally within dynamic settings.
Education
Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is a plus.
