Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage employee administration and data management, including welcoming newcomers, registering data in HR systems, and issuing work permit requests.
  • Oversee daily administration tasks such as absence management, maternity-related formalities, insurance declarations, and HR database maintenance.
  • Coordinate HR data with internal teams and stores, ensuring accurate payroll data collection and communication.
  • Prepare data for external payroll providers, including monthly HR admin data and variable payment data.
  • Assist with the monthly follow-up and analysis of benefits, such as beauty salon allowances and lunch tickets.
  • Support the preparation and regular follow-up on accruals and end-year closing activities.
  • Analyze accounting files to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of KPIs dashboards, monthly and annual statistical reports, and salary proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in payroll within an HR role.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Customer-oriented with strong professionalism towards confidential information. Flexible and curious. Proficiency in English and French; German is a plus. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Entry-level experience in payroll and HR roles is required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or equivalent.
