Louis Vuitton — Paris: HR & Talent Acquisition Campus Assistant (Alternance) starting Sept 2026. Apprenticeship focused on campus recruitment and early-talent programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices across varied business areas (business schools, engineering schools, fashion schools), including sourcing, screening and interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to collect needs, guide selection processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience through to offer.
  • Develop and animate relationships with universities and schools: organise forums, presentations and on-campus events to attract early talent.
  • Contribute to employer brand and visibility initiatives targeting young profiles.
  • Coordinate onboarding and integration activities for interns and apprentices, and monitor their progression throughout the programme.
  • Animate the campus community via internal events and support end-of-programme reviews and continuous improvement actions.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, volumes, conversion rates) and produce regular reporting to inform process enhancements.
  • Participate in transversal projects such as talent pools, tools and candidate experience improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business School, University or equivalent.
  • Previous internship (approx. 6 months) in recruitment or HR is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal command of French and professional fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated rigour, organisational skills, analytical capacity and synthesis.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and enthusiasm for polyvalent HR assignments; strong interest in luxury and fashion values.

Experience

Entry-level / student profile. Ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Master’s programme; a prior 6-month internship in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.

Education

Master’s student in Human Resources, Business School, University or equivalent.
