HR Administrative Intern
Louis Vuitton — Milan: HR Administrative Intern (6+6 months) supporting Compensation & Benefits; hybrid, €800–€900 monthly stipend.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Compensation & Benefit team in monthly and ad-hoc reporting (overtime, internal mobility, compensation packages, FTE/HC, turnover, commissions).
- Manage HR administrative topics including maternity, workplace injuries, pension fund enrollments, monthly payroll variables and salary certification requests.
- Perform HRIS data entry and data cleaning on the MYHORIZON portal (SAP).
- Assist with onboarding: draft engagement letters and contracts, verify incoming employee documentation and track entries for payroll files.
- Provide operational support for time & attendance: assist store admins and office employees and follow up on monthly reconciliations.
- Support administration of benefits including meal vouchers, flexible benefits, internal insurance programs, company car fleet and seniority gifts.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and create internal presentations.
- Assist in the salary review process: draft increase letters, share data with payroll and verify pay slip calculations.
Qualifications
- Previous HR experience in dynamic environments (internship or early-career roles).
- Degree in humanities or economics; Master’s specialization in HR considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and general Office suite.
- Good command of English.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and curious with a proactive attitude.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Experience
Entry-level: prior HR exposure through internships or early-career positions in fast-paced environments; familiarity with HR administrative processes and payroll-related tasks is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in humanities or economics; a Master’s in HR or similar specialization is a plus.
