HR Administrative Intern (Compensation & Benefits)
Louis Vuitton — Milan: HR Administrative Intern (Compensation & Benefits), 6-month curricular internship at Head Office, hybrid, €750 monthly stipend + meal vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and data cleaning on the MYHORIZON HR portal (SAP) to maintain accurate employee master data.
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports (e.g. Law 104, hires and terminations, internal mobility, smart working tracking).
- Manage and update organisational charts autonomously.
- Support onboarding administration: collect newcomer documentation, track payroll-related information and create employee records in SAP.
- Maintain digital and paper archives according to internal procedures.
- Support administration of employee benefits (ticket restaurant, flexible benefit schemes, life and health insurance portals, company car fleet).
- Handle HR administrative matters such as maternity, workplace accidents and monthly payroll variables.
- Liaise with Compensation & Benefits suppliers: prepare purchase orders, manage documents and maintain vendor contacts.
- Draft and distribute internal communications and prepare internal presentations.
- Support management of company agreements and other ad hoc HR projects and tasks.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for a curricular internship as required by the candidate's academic programme.
- Degree in humanities or economics; a specialised Master in HR is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular competence in Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Methodical, analytically minded, curious and attentive to detail.
- Proactive attitude and aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level — designed for candidates at the beginning of their professional career. Previous internships or academic projects in HR or payroll are advantageous but not required; candidates must be eligible for a curricular internship.
Education
Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics preferred; Master’s in HR considered a plus. Must be able to undertake a curricular internship under the academic programme.
