Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of high jewelry pieces, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline specifications.
- Manage a team of artisans, including jewelers, setters, polishers, and CAD developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison with project managers and the creative studio to ensure seamless production planning and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors involved in various stages of jewelry fabrication.
- Participate in events showcasing collections and host atelier visits, including internal skill-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a high jewelry workshop.
- Proven expertise in jewelry techniques and workshop management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of artisans.
