Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of high jewelry pieces, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline specifications.
  • Manage a team of artisans, including jewelers, setters, polishers, and CAD developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison with project managers and the creative studio to ensure seamless production planning and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors involved in various stages of jewelry fabrication.
  • Participate in events showcasing collections and host atelier visits, including internal skill-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a high jewelry workshop.
  • Proven expertise in jewelry techniques and workshop management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of artisans.

Skills

Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Néofugu. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in high jewelry workshop management, with experience leading a team of approximately fifteen artisans.
