Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive quotes for unique pieces, including gouache or sketches, independently.
  • Accurately estimate all elements such as CAD time, labor, polishing, setting, metal weight, stone count and diameter, pricing, and timelines (±10%).
  • Produce rapid quotes within very short deadlines (24–48 hours).
  • Participate in High Jewelry events to analyze designs and create quotes on-site.
  • Interpret designs limited to 2–3 views, project in 3D, and ensure feasibility and cost security.
  • Coordinate all stages from development to delivery with internal experts (stones, designs, quality, production).
  • Anticipate and resolve technical or organizational issues.
  • Ensure adherence to cost and timeline objectives set by commercial zones.
  • Monitor project progress using PLM and SAP tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within High Jewelry, ideally in a workshop, with a supplier, or subcontractor of a High Jewelry Maison, with experience in special orders or unique pieces.

Skills

Proficiency in costing complex pieces: estimating costs, timelines, materials, precious stones, settings, and mountings. Ability to read and interpret drawings and sketches, project in 3D, and anticipate technical and aesthetic constraints. Capability to manage complex projects from development to delivery in coordination with multiple internal experts. Recognized for rigor, precision, and organization. Autonomy and flexibility to deliver within very short deadlines. Effective prioritization skills.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in a similar role within High Jewelry.
