Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive project activities across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones and alignment with business objectives
  • Translate ad hoc data requests into structured analyses and dashboards to inform decision-making
  • Contribute to the end-to-end product management of AI Agent initiatives, including product design documentation and version control
  • Design, execute and monitor structured testing and evaluation frameworks for Agentic AI solutions
  • Curate, manage and iteratively optimize prompt libraries for performance, robustness and scalability
  • Support the lifecycle management of AI Agents by proposing and implementing workflow improvements
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations and technical documentation to communicate insights and project status
  • Support user training and adoption programs to ensure effective deployment and business impact

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher‑education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, HCI, Business Analytics or a related discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders
  • Prior experience or coursework in product design, project management or project support
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, analysis and reporting
  • Advanced presentation and documentation skills using PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Python
  • Familiarity with Vertex AI and/or Copilot Studio is a strong advantage
  • Experience independently building agents or automations is highly desirable
  • High sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience

Entry-level: suitable for early-career candidates or students. Some prior internship, project-based or coursework experience in product design, project support, data analysis or building AI agents is expected.
