GenAI & Agentic AI Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive complex GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivery to agreed timelines.
• Translate business data requests into structured analyses and actionable insights to inform product and operational decisions.
• Contribute to the product management lifecycle for AI agents, including authoring and maintaining comprehensive product design documentation and version control.
• Design, execute and oversee structured product testing frameworks to validate performance and guardrails.
• Manage and continuously optimise prompt libraries and agent configurations to improve performance and scalability.
• Support the design and rollout of user training programmes to accelerate adoption and measure impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance end‑user experience.
• Assist in ideating and implementing innovative agent workflows and lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to mobilise cross‑functional partners.
• Proven organisational autonomy and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills in PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with GenAI tooling (Vertex AI and/or Copilot Studio is a significant advantage).
• Practical or academic experience in product design, project management or supporting AI projects; hands‑on development of autonomous agents or workflow automation is highly desirable.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

Entry‑level internship: no substantial professional experience required, though prior coursework or project experience in AI, product management or data analysis is strongly preferred.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or a closely related discipline.
