Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive complex GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivery to agreed timelines.
- Translate business data requests into structured analyses and actionable insights to inform product and operational decisions.
- Contribute to the product management lifecycle for AI agents, including authoring and maintaining comprehensive product design documentation and version control.
- Design, execute and oversee structured product testing frameworks to validate performance and guardrails.
- Manage and continuously optimise prompt libraries and agent configurations to improve performance and scalability.
- Support the design and rollout of user training programmes to accelerate adoption and measure impact.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance end‑user experience.
- Assist in ideating and implementing innovative agent workflows and lifecycle processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to mobilise cross‑functional partners.
- Proven organisational autonomy and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills in PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with GenAI tooling (Vertex AI and/or Copilot Studio is a significant advantage).
- Practical or academic experience in product design, project management or supporting AI projects; hands‑on development of autonomous agents or workflow automation is highly desirable.
- Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
