Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze production plans in collaboration with the production planning manager.
- Present retro-planning activities for the issuance of purchase orders.
- Issue purchase orders for raw materials in accordance with the production plan, analyzing purchase proposals (MRP + DiBa).
- Coordinate with development/industrialization and modeling departments for material validation.
- Monitor and expedite deliveries (quantity/timing) and update information in the system (D-Moda).
- Verify material loads with logistics.
- Conduct monthly verification of purchase status and warehouse alignment with management control.
- Analyze supplier workloads, plan orders, and periodically verify supplier performance with the Supply Chain, sharing workloads with other manufacturers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production environments, preferably in the fashion sector
