Role & Responsibilities

  • Update, monitor, and manage performance dashboards related to material efficiency and site productivity.
  • Conduct audits to ensure the reliability of production declarations.
  • Oversee and verify inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Participate in the standard cost control process within SAP.
  • Contribute to monthly closing activities and central reporting, explaining variances between actuals and budget.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget in collaboration with all site departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses, including non-quality cost studies and general expense analysis.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Control or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Competence in data analysis tools such as PowerBi. Strong autonomy, rigor, and initiative-taking abilities. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and synthesis skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Comfortable with quantitative data. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for students.

Education

Pursuing a degree at BAC+4/5 level in Management Control or a related field.
