Role & Responsibilities
- Validate product cost of goods sold (COGS) and analyze profit margins.
- Participate in monthly closing activities and assist in the preparation of group reporting.
- Produce key performance indicators for site management, including pace, activity, productivity, repair, and material performance.
- Identify and analyze variances, proposing actionable plans.
- Contribute to inventory management, including inventory coverage rates and action plan monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with internal control standards.
- Participate in the enhancement of management processes and data system coherence.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (BAC+4/5) in Finance, Management Control, or a related field.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
