Role & Responsibilities

  • Validate product cost of goods sold (COGS) and analyze profit margins.
  • Participate in monthly closing activities and assist in the preparation of group reporting.
  • Produce key performance indicators for site management, including pace, activity, productivity, repair, and material performance.
  • Identify and analyze variances, proposing actionable plans.
  • Contribute to inventory management, including inventory coverage rates and action plan monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards.
  • Participate in the enhancement of management processes and data system coherence.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (BAC+4/5) in Finance, Management Control, or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in office software and quick adaptation to new IT tools. Curiosity and critical thinking for data analysis. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
