Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor budgetary allocations for the industrial sites at Charmes sur L’Herbasse and Marsaz, ensuring accurate analytical allocation of expenses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to adhere to budgetary constraints and facilitate cost reduction initiatives.
  • Present monthly financial updates to the management team during Finance Committee and performance review meetings.
  • Prepare monthly closures, including provisions, reclassification of expenses, and invoicing entries.
  • Conduct qualitative analyses of general expenses and site hourly rates.
  • Record fixed assets in SAP and manage inventory of machinery.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as service contracts, vendor creation, and invoice status tracking to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related financial/management field, preferably at a Master's level.

Skills

Proficiency in financial control techniques and IT tools, including Excel and ERP systems; familiarity with POWERBI is advantageous. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and autonomous with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience

A foundational experience in industrial financial control is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
