Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and update comprehensive training programmes (in‑store and virtual) covering client service, selling techniques, category and product knowledge, and leadership skills.
  • Deliver workshops, seminars and e‑learning modules to diverse retail audiences across Indonesia, adapting methods to different stores and learner profiles.
  • Coach store teams and managers in situ — provide real‑time feedback, identify development needs and support the adoption of best practices.
  • Align training initiatives with commercial objectives and corporate training guidelines; support business roll‑outs and priority projects.
  • Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement by refreshing materials, integrating industry trends and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable experience in training, coaching or learning & development.
  • Proven experience in change management and in supporting store managers to develop coaching capabilities.
  • Strong product knowledge within fashion and leather goods; ability to translate product expertise into commercial training.
  • Track record of team management or leadership in a retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and facilitation skills; comfortable delivering both in‑person and virtual sessions.

Experience
