Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the reservation process through Catch Table, confirming bookings, assigning tables, and accommodating VIP and group requests seamlessly.
  • Communicate guest needs, special requests, or complaints promptly to management to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
  • Greet guests with genuine hospitality, coordinate bookings, and guide them to their seats for a smooth and pleasant arrival.
  • Stay fully informed about menu offerings, operating hours, and promotions to assist guests accurately.
  • Support the team with other duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in high-end hotel or fine dining service environments.
  • Experience assisting VIP guests and providing attentive, personalized service.
  • Solid command of written and spoken English.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and special event days as needed.

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Detail-focused and able to stay composed under pressure. Eager to find practical solutions. Enthusiastic about creating outstanding guest experiences and upholding the LV standards.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end hotel or fine dining service environments.
