Overview

As part of LVMH’s Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza, the brand participates in structured training initiatives aimed at transmitting artisanal know‑how and technical expertise to new generations of specialists.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end development of an eyewear collection, from concept to industrialisable technical project.
  • Analyze fashion and market trends and research materials and technologies applicable to eyewear.
  • Translate creative ideas into technical specifications, drawings and production-ready documentation.
  • Design and prototype optical frames and sunglasses, coordinating stages from sketching and graphics to prototype and 3D printing.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate internal stakeholders in Style, Product Development, Design and Prototyping to ensure technical feasibility and quality of deliverables.
  • Assist company experts during the in-company placement to learn production processes and industrialisation constraints.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (secondary school) is required.
  • Citizenship: Italian, EU national, or non-EU candidate in possession of a valid residence or work permit.
  • Manual dexterity, patience, precision and strong attention to detail.
  • Availability for full‑time, in‑person participation for the full duration of the programme (approximately 2 years).
