Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store authority for Women's Ready-to-Wear selling and clienteling techniques, acting as the primary resource for colleagues and management.
- Drive the Women's Ready-to-Wear business through individual sales performance, portfolio management and strategic client development.
- Lead product trainings, new-launch briefings and storytelling to ensure team knowledge and commercial alignment.
- Observe and coach the selling ceremony on the sales floor via morning briefings, 1:1 coaching and ad-hoc mentoring to elevate team performance.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the selling team and provide actionable feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with proven success in women's ready-to-wear or apparel sales.
- Demonstrated track record as a top seller with strong client acquisition and retention results.
- Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills, able to convey product heritage and desirability.
- Proven ability to coach peers, lead in-store trainings and translate corporate strategy into frontline execution.
- Analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to manage a personal client portfolio and drive measurable business outcomes.

Experience
Minimum five years in luxury retail or women's ready-to-wear sales, with documented achievement as a top performer and experience leading product trainings and coaching frontline teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in fashion, business or a related field preferred.
