Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary expert in Women's Ready-To-Wear, providing exceptional client service and product knowledge.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives a personalized experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Drive sales and maintain a leadership position in the category, consistently achieving top seller status.
- Facilitate product training and new launches, ensuring the team is informed and prepared.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering outstanding clienteling options.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and coaching.
- Observe and assist the team during the selling ceremony, introducing the product category effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading in a specific product category.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
