Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in-store authority for the watches and jewelry category, delivering exceptional product knowledge and storytelling at every client touchpoint.
- Drive sales and commercial performance for watches and jewelry through proactive clienteling, portfolio management and targeted prospecting.
- Design and deliver product trainings, briefings and 1:1 coaching to elevate team knowledge and support new launches.
- Observe and mentor sales colleagues during the selling ceremony, offering corrective guidance and sharing best practices to improve conversion and average transaction value.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team via morning briefings and formal training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of professional experience in luxury retail, with direct responsibility for watches and/or jewelry sales.
- Demonstrated track record as a top seller in the category and experience managing a personal client portfolio.
- Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Coaching experience and the capacity to deliver product training and mentor peers.
- Highly analytical commercial sense with the ability to translate insights into tactical actions.

Minimum five years of experience in luxury retail, ideally focused on watches and jewelry, with proven top-selling results and experience mentoring or coaching sales teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
