Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-store expert for Watches and Jewelry, providing guidance on selling and clienteling techniques.
• Collaborate with management to provide feedback and drive business growth.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information through briefings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching.
• Observe and support team members during the selling process, introducing the Watches and Jewelry category.
• Manage a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exceptional clienteling skills.

• Proven track record as a sales leader, consistently achieving top sales in the category.
