Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador with a focus on Men's Ready to Wear, ensuring exceptional client experiences in alignment with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Proactively engage with clients to achieve individual and team sales goals, while expanding the business within the designated category.
- Lead by example as a top seller, maintaining in-depth technical expertise of the product category to drive performance.
- Provide comprehensive advice and style recommendations to clients, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to contribute to overall objectives and foster a high level of brand and product knowledge.
- Analyze and drive the product category forward, partnering with management to provide feedback and implement action plans.
- Support and train store team members on product knowledge and selling skills, inspiring them with corporate strategy and business insights.
- Develop and implement clienteling strategies to grow the client base and enhance client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
