Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-store subject-matter expert for the hardsided luggage category, driving product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Lead hardsided product trainings, briefings and 1:1 coaching to elevate team selling techniques and clienteling standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for category-specific merchandising, new launches and visual storytelling during the selling ceremony.
  • Manage and develop a personal portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship cultivation.
  • Provide actionable commercial feedback to store management to inform local strategy and category initiatives.
  • Model best practices in client experience and maintain top-seller performance within the hardsided category.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of professional experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with direct exposure to luggage or leather goods.
  • Proven track record as a top seller with demonstrated client development and retention outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills, able to convey product heritage and technical features with sophistication.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor and influence peers through formal and informal coaching.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance metrics and translate insights into sales actions.

Experience
